Tornado and Wild Weather Karoonda, South Australia - 10th June 2005

An approaching front and NW rainband combined to bring rain over much of the eastern and central parts of the South Australia. With the passage of this system a storm wreaked havoc on the small community of Karoonda, with the possible touchdown of an F1 tornado destroying several homes. Tim Thorpe’s report on this event can be found here.
